Talked To Mary C
1013; mary c calling, said she had gone by the house, was asking about all the stuff that is there that’s left, i said we are coming for it, didn’t get all the loose stuff before the movers came, have some loose ends to tie up, when the movers came, we had some things left to go that we could do ourselves; told her that think of it this way, everything that was not specifically being conveyed like the rollaways, newer white mattriess/boxsprings in mbr, appliances, we were going to take out, linenes, christmas decorations, etc; also everything in the garage is anything goes, she said the lady (ann?) said not to worry about it; mary said that ann had thought we might leave some pieces or furniture, etc, and i said no everything was claimed by the children, (didn’t tell her ‘or to be sold’); mary saw 2-3 nice looking art books in the garage, one was MOMA and the others were two artists whe didn’t know, and i said take them, on the basis that everyone has been through it all multiple times, everyone pulled out things they want to take, and if it is in the garage that is the known goodwill staging area, so can conclude that no one wanted them; she asked about stack of framed items in library, and we said billy meant to take those but must have forgotten to put in car; she had asked when were we planning on coming out, and i said depending on closing, if friday we would be out before then, but if not, then we will come out this weekend to finish out since we have to come out at night and/or take off work; she said she hadn’t heard anything new from centralland and that she was going to not bug them, until maybe tuesday to see, that they were still waiting on stuff from atty, i said me too;
